Ingredients
How to Use
-
AM (60 seconds)
- Clean — massage on damp skin, rinse
- Vitamin C (Optional)— 2–3 drops, press into skin with gentle massage
- Glow — apply a smooth, even layer
What to Expect
- Week 1: skin feels more cushioned/comfortable with consistent PM use
- Weeks 2–4: texture looks smoother; skin looks more resilient
- Weeks 4–8: best “firming” style results show with ongoing consistency
Pharmacist Notes
- Frequency wins: start 2–3 nights/week for 2 weeks before increasing.
- If you’ve ever gotten irritated by actives: build slowly and add recovery nights. Optionally use Nourish on your recovery nights for added replenishment.
- Don’t stack too many “actives”: keep AM basic (Clean + Glow) while you adjust.
FAQ
Can I use Bakuchiol every night?
Many people can—after a gradual ramp-up. Start 2–3 nights/week, then increase as tolerated.
Do I need Nourish too?
No, Nourish is a completely botanical alternative to our Bakuchiol Oil, for people who are too sensitive to actives or simply don't want or need them. Nourish can also be used on your nights off of Bakuchiol for additional recovery as an evening "kit cpmpanion".
Can I use Vitamin C at night instead?
You can, but it’s best positioned as an AM defense step. If you want a PM active, choose Bakuchiol.
How many drops?
Usually 2–3. More isn’t better—too much oil can feel heavy and pill under moisturizer. Your skin can only absorb so much of an active ingredient and weve carefully formulated our Vitamin C with that in mind, so waste not, want not!
Can I use this if I’m sensitive?
This kit is designed as a gentle starting point. If you’re very reactive, patch test first and keep the routine minimal for the first 7–10 days.
What do I add first—Vitamin C or Bakuchiol?
Vitamin C is typically your AM add-on. Add this for brighteness. Bakuchiol is your PM add-on. Add this to smooth out fine lines and even skin tone.
